UPDATE: Driver killed in accident on I-64 identified.
A tractor trailer lost some of its wheels this morning while driving down Interstate 64 near Staples Mill Road in Richmond, VA. As the huge tires went careening over the highway, they hit a van and killed the driver. Luckily no other vehicles were hit by the tires, described by an eyewitness as “a dual wheel set with axle attached hurdling across the road.”
The driver of the van was Stephanie L. Bender of Colonial Heights, Virginia.
